Helping Bamboo Startups To Get Ahead

What We Do

Ghala Delights is a registered organization in Kenya under section 15 of the Companies Act of 2015. We seek to promote and empower bamboo startups to achieve or programs in; Bamboo Planting & Production, Waste Reduction & Bamboo Reuse, and Social & Economic Empowerment.

Our focus is on creating a better sustainable future, which we know is possible through bamboo farming. We work with communities to plant bamboo trees, reduce waste, find alternative utility with bamboo, and unlock decent jobs through the production of bamboo products.

If we do nothing, global temperatures could rise as high as 10 degrees Celsius by the end of the century, and unemployment could continue encroaching into our society. Global warming poses a great hazard to life, and threatens the existence of not only humans but also all life on earth.

The Agriculture Process

The environment is ours to care for

We are stern when it comes to protection of the environment because it forms the basis of life in every aspect. Further, our future generations depend on this very world to call home, so we better take care of it!

"In 2020, the earth’s surface temperature was around 0.98 Celsius degrees warmer than the 20th-century average. In the last few years, global temperatures have been consistently among the hottest on record. The global anomaly in surface temperature might cause an increase in sea level, a decrease in arctic ice, and a growing number of weather-related catastrophes, including storms, floods, and droughts...”
